VinylFX is a family-owned business that is a labor of love, created with top-notch professional training. It is owned by siblings Stephanie Oels and Billy Oels, and their spouses, Ryan and Ginny. Between them, they have seven kids whom they call the WrapRats and they are the inspiration to succeed and create installation products to make every client proud. Growing up, Stephanie and Billy called themselves the Rap Brother and Sister – even having a song of their own. Their early years evidently set them on their future course and they now affectionately refer to themselves as the Wrap Brother and Sister.
Ryan is a proud U.S. Navy veteran, Billy is a proud police officer, Ginny is a teacher and Stephanie runs the company from their home office.

Our professional training and certifications are what set us apart from the competition, and all VinylFX services are fully insured. Working with the leading names in the industry, our staff has completed Geek Wraps 3M Preferred Graphics Installation Training and is also Elite Wrappers Trained. We are certified and endorsed as a preferred Geek Wraps 3M DI-NOC Endorsed Architectural Installer; look for our listing on the 3M website!
